If you receive a parking violation at Park At The Summit, you can pay for it through the following options:

VIOLATION STRUCTURE

Payment Required:

First Offense: $200 with a $145 reduction if paid within the first 10 days
Repeat Offense: $200 with a $100 reduction if paid within the first 10 days

Signs Prohibit/Prohibited Parking Areas:

All offenses: $200 with a $100 reduction if paid within the first 10 days

Incorrect Permit Location:

All offenses: $200 with a $100 reduction if paid within the first 10 days

Parking in an EV Location and Not Actively Charging:

Not actively charging in an EV charger location: $200 fee with $100 discount if paid in 10 days

As The Summit at Snoqualmie's parking operator, Park At The Summit has been granted the authority to issue violations and collect violation fines on behalf of The Summit at Snoqualmie.

DISPUTING A PARKING VIOLATION

If you were issued a parking violation by Park At The Summit and would like to dispute it, your dispute must be made in writing within 10 days of the violation date.*
