Why is The Summit using a managed parking program?While we love that more and more tourists and backcountry travelers are enjoying the outdoors, the additional vehicles make it increasingly challenging for our guests to park and get to the slopes. Starting in the 2024/25 winter season, The Summit is moving to a managed parking solution to better manage our lots and help ensure our valued guests can park at the resort.

Do season passholders have to pay for a parking permit?Nope! All Summit at Snoqualmie season passholders, including Nordic passholders, may park at no additional cost. Instructions to register your vehicles will be shared via email in mid-November, so you can park and play any day this winter. Ikon passholders may receive a discount code to park for $5 a day. The discount code is valid for the same number of days as their Ikon pass.

Can I register multiple vehicles with my season passholder parking permit?Each passholder ages 16+ may register up to two vehicles (one primary, and one secondary). Only one vehicle per passholder may be parked at a time. If you are parking with your secondary vehicle, login to your account to switch to your secondary vehicle's license plate. You may edit your registered vehicles over the course of the season.

Do I have to reserve parking at The Summit?No, please do not redeem your daily parking discount until you arrive! Parking is first-come-first-serve in all of our lots. We recommend arriving early on peak days to beat the crowds! Overnight parking is permitted in designated areas only and requires a reservation.

Do Flex Ticket holders have to pay for a parking permit?Flex Ticket holders park for free! You will receive your parking code via email starting in November, which is valid for the number of visits included in your Flex pack. Your code will be redeemed upon arrival on the first visit of the season and can be reused for each following visit.

What is the parking permit cost for daily ticket holders?Parking is $5 per vehicle for daily ticket holders who arrive before 2PM. You will receive a discount code via email when you purchase your lift tickets online. This discount will be redeemed when you arrive on the day of your visit. Guests who are eligible for a Friends & Family discount, volunteer tickets, ski exchange, or Super Duper Senior (80+) tickets may receive a parking discount code when picking up their ticket at the Ticket Window.

What is the parking permit cost for Ikon passholders?Ikon passholders may purchase a $5 parking permit each day they visit. Parking discount codes are shared via email after reserving your first visit of the season. Discount codes can be redeemed upon arrival & can be reused for the number of days as are included with your Ikon Pass. Ikon reservations will be open at the end of October. Ikon reservations and parking permits are not required after 2PM daily.

Do I need a parking permit at the Tubing Park?Parking is free for Tubing Park visitors for the duration of your session. You will receive your parking discount codes after purchasing your Tubing tickets online. This discount will be redeemed upon arrival on the day of your visit.

Do I need to pay for parking after 2PM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday?Parking is free for all visitors Monday - Thursday and after 2PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Twilight and Night ticket holders do not need a parking permit after 1:30PM.

What is the parking permit cost for non-resort guests?Daily parking for non-resort guests is $55 per vehicle if arriving before 2PM. You may register your vehicle at any of our kiosks or using the QR codes conveniently located throughout our parking lots.

Where is the Uphill Travel pass parking permit valid?Uphill travel passholders may park for no additional cost in any parking lot on mid-week non-holidays with their registered vehicle. During weekends and holidays, Uphill passholder parking permits are only valid in Alpental Lot A7, East Lot E2 and West Lot W3. You can also park in any lot daily for $55. Peak days are December 26 - January 1, Saturdays and Sundays from January 4 - March 2, and January 20. Click here for Map 'N Park, to see parking locations and plan your visit.

Does the Uphill travel pass come with a parking permit?Uphill travel passholders may park for no additional cost. During weekends and holidays, parking permits for Uphill travel passholders are only valid in Alpental Lot A7, East Lot E2 and West Lot W3.

Where can I find my parking discount code?Parking discount codes for season passholders and ticket purchasers will be shared via email in the first week of November, or within 15 minutes of purchasing your ticket. Ikon passholders will receive their parking discount code after reserving for their first visit of the season.

How do I redeem my parking discount code?Passholders can register their vehicles starting in the first week of November. For all other guests, your parking discount code will be redeemed once your vehicle is parked on the day of your visit. Please do not redeem discount codes for daily parking before you have arrived. You may use it at any of our kiosks or using the QR codes conveniently located throughout our parking lots.

Where do I pay for parking?Parking permits will be required starting November 25, 2024. Parking kiosks and QR codes to pay on your phone are conveniently located throughout all Summit parking lots. Please do not redeem your parking discount code until you arrive.

Does my parking permit work at all base areas?Yes, your parking permit is valid all day in any of our parking lots. You are welcome to visit any other base area with the same permit.

Is there a passholder-only parking lot?No, all parking lots are open to resort guests and are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Summit season passholders will receive instructions to register their vehicles in mid-November.

Is there a seasonal parking pass for purchase?No. The only visitors that get access to season-long parking are The Summit at Snoqualmie Season Passholders. Vehicle registration for Season Passholders will open in mid-November.

How are parking permits validated?You will register your parking permit using your license plate. No need for a physical receipt on your dash! Permits are continuously monitored from 7:30AM to 2PM daily, starting November 25, 2024.

The only passholder in my family is under 16. Can we still get free parking?If the only passholders in your family are under 16, the purchaser on the account may register up to two vehicles for the season at no additional cost.

Do you have overnight parking?We have designated overnight parking areas during the winter season for RV's, campers, and vans, plus a thriving, friendly community of overnighters. Parking is $40 per night and reservations are required. Reservations for the winter of 2024/25 at Alpental Lot 3 and Central Lot C3 will open when night operations for the respective base areas are confirmed. No additional parking permit is required with an overnight parking reservation.
